Quaker Oats have been a staple in my kitchen as I was growing up, with my parents always emphasising the health benefits of oats. It wasn’t until recently that I started discovering how amazing oats are again, especially after doing my first full body health checkup as an adult. Quaker Oats are high in fibre, iron, magnesium, protein etc that boasts cholesterol lowering properties, improving blood sugar levels, overall heart health and more.

After seeing the #3StepQuakerImmunity by @quakeroats, I’ve decided to take on the 7 days challenge where I substitute 1 meal a day , each time with at least 2 scoops, with an oat recipe… for 7 days!! I’m quite stoked to take this opportunity to discover more recipes I can do with oats, and hopefully be able to share them with you guys.
